For the first time in Rio Grande Valley history, girls, 5 years and older, have the opportunity to participate in the RGV Cheer and Dance clinic to learn a dance, cheer, and chants from the world famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
Angels of Love will be hosting this one of a kind Event on Saturday June 15, 2013 at the Pharr Events Center.
This new and unique event is being held to raise funds to open an Emergency Shelter for Abused and Neglected children of the Rio Grande Valley.
The RGV Cheer & Dance Clinic will be a fun and energetic dance and cheer program offering local kids the opportunity to learn from, the most renowned cheerleading squad ever - The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders!
The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Cheer & Dance program focuses on having fun while learning exciting choreography and dancing routines with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Participants, ages 5 through 18 years old, will learn a cheer, a dance routine, team spirit with emphasis on self-confidence, and be able to show off their newly learned routine to the Clinic spectators. There will also be a question and answer session where the participants can ask questions of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders will take a group photo with the participants. Individual photos as time allows.
The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Clinic will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 8 am to 11:00 am for ages 5-12 and from 12:00 to 3:00 pm for ages 13 and up. Step It Up & Dance and Angels of Love will be hosting Registration at the Step It Up & Dance Studio, 2330 N. 10th Street in McAllen for the RGV Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Cheer & Dance Clinic on Friday May 24 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturday May 25 from 2:30 to 5:30.
Angels of Love is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide abused and neglected children of the Rio Grande Valley, and their families with individualized services in a safe and loving environment in order to provide them with the tools necessary to meet their full potential and to open an emergency shelter and other related child-based service facilities to help treat and heal children who have been abused and or neglected.
