The Lisa Shampoe Memorial 5K / 10K / 2 Mile Run/Walk will be on Sunday, November 3rd at the Mission Bike and Hike Trail (1 mile south of Expressway on Conway). Cost is $15 pre-race and $20 on race day. Students and seniors pay $12/$15 respectively. There is a discount to run both races and you may add the 2 mile run for $5 more.
Start time for the 10K is 7:30 a.m., the 5K starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 2 Mile begins at 9:00 a.m.
