Edinburg's 2013 Night of Lights will begin Friday night with a South Texas Lyric Opera at 5:15 p.m. and the tree lighting at 6 p.m. The parade and festival are on Saturday, December 7th from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The parade begins on the
corner of University Dr. & Sugar Rd. and ends at the Hidalgo County
