Pharr Stars Talent Show
1st 2nd & 3rd place trophies for song and dance competition in the categories of 1st – 5th grade, 6th – 8th grade and 9th – 12th grade.
Car Show & Shine
Car Clubs from all over South Texas will be dressed to impress and competing for the “Mayor’s Choice Award.”
Pharr Cultural Heritage Award
Pharr Mayor Leo “Polo” Palacios Jr, Mayor Pro-Tem Adan Farias, Pharr City Commissioners Arturo Cortez, Bobby Carrillo, Oscar Elizondo Jr, Edmund Maldonado, Jimmy Garza and City Manager Fred Sandoval will present this award to our surprise recipient for their professional achievements and positive reflection on the All-America City of Pharr.

A chance for you to get up close and personal with birds of prey and other exotic creations by Mother Nature.
Kid Phish
A great way for parents and children to bond together fishing for catfish in our 4000-gallon tank and competing for one of the two trophies that will be given out every hour for the biggest catch! Don’t worry, we have fishing poles, bait and tackle.
