
Admission is free and veterans are highly encouraged to participate.The Expo was initiated by the McAllen Vets Center in 2005 as a way to assist returning veterans in their emotional and physical healing through creative expression. It continues to promote through creativity, with military veterans showcasing their creative talents in a wide variety of media such as painting, woodwork, photography and other forms of arts and crafts.
All military veterans in the Valley are eligible to showcase their artwork at the Veteran's Creative Arts Expo 2013 without charge. Interested veterans may contact Rogelio Prado at 956-457-2148 or Greg Biela at 956-581-1479.
