The dreaded Zombie apocalypse is upon us, you’re 3 miles away from safety, the road is wrecked and to top it all off it’s almost impossible to see. Get through a night time 5K race in which getting out as fast as you can is your goal. Look behind you, in the bushes and all around the course. They are EVERYWHERE! Only the best race to hit the RGV! This is the ONLY Zombie run in the area! DON’T miss out. This is the race where you are put up against a super fun course, but on top of that there will be the element of being scared to death by hungry zombies. Make sure to come with friends as this is going to be an event you don’t want to tackle alone. Pure fun with your buddies.
*Proper flashlights REQUIRED for run. Pitch black with steep inclines and declines in an off the beaten path course consisting of trail and asphalt . Caution required… Brains will be devoured.
- This is a non-timed themed fun run for the whole family. Gather up your group and fight off the zombies together.
- Min age to run the Zombie Run is 10 years old
- 1 Mile Kids Costume run for ages 4-13 year olds
- Everyone gets an awesome RGV Zombie run T-shirt and an amazing course. First 150 kids get shirts for the Zombie Run JR
- Live music provided by Bullet Ride!
- Benefiting the Harlingen Parks and Recreation Department to help create summer programs for the kids.
